    Caring for Your Cotton Products

    Cotton and organic cotton are machine washable fabrics. We recommend using a laundry net to prevent any damage to more delicate garments and washing in 30° to prevent any shrinkage. Cotton garments can be hanged to dry. Do not tumble dry your cotton garments.

    Caring for Your Printed Products

    We recommend ironing your printed products inside out to prevent any damage to its print and not tumble dry your printed garments.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping is free for all domestic orders. We work with Yurtiçi Kargo to deliver your garments and we will deliver your parcel within 4-5 business days. At times when an approximate delivery date is not given by our courier service, we will deliver your garment in 30 days at most. This policy does not include pre-orders. During high season delivery might take a little longer than expected.

  • Return & Exchange

    We do hope you love and wear everything you have ordered from us for long years however if something is not quite right for you then you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item in its own package with tags attached in 14 days from delivery. Swimwear must have the hygiene strip. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. You may return your purchases from any Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the code “Depot2021” free of charge. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns.
