    Caring for Your Linen Products

    Linen products require much less washing in comparison with other fabrics. We recommend hanging your garments to freshen after using, and washing in 30° and at low speed. Linen products may be hanged to dry however we recommend using wider hangers instead of pins to prevent deformation. Do not tumble dry your linen garments. Use a steam iron to prevent wrinkles.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping is free for all domestic orders. We work with Yurtiçi Kargo to deliver your garments and we will deliver your parcel within 4-5 business days. At times when an approximate delivery date is not given by our courier service, we will deliver your garment in 30 days at most. This policy does not include pre-orders. During high season delivery might take a little longer than expected.

  • Return & Exchange

    We do hope you love and wear everything you have ordered from us for long years however if something is not quite right for you then you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item in its own package with tags attached in 14 days from delivery. Swimwear must have the hygiene strip. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. You may return your purchases from any Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the code “Depot2021” free of charge. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns.
