    Cotton fabrics and organic cotton are washable by hand or machine. We recommend washing at 30°C to prevent shrinkage. To prevent damage in the washing machine, we recommend washing delicate items with a laundry mesh bag. Cotton products can be air-dried. We recommend not using a dryer to prevent shrinkage or damage.

    Care of Your Polyester Products

    Polyester products are washable by hand or machine. We recommend hanging them to air dry after use and washing at 30°C. Polyester products can be air-dried. We recommend not using a dryer. You can use a steam iron to prevent wrinkles in your polyester products.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping is free for all domestic orders. We work with Yurtiçi Kargo to deliver your garments and we will deliver your parcel within 4-5 business days. At times when an approximate delivery date is not given by our courier service, we will deliver your garment in 30 days at most. This policy does not include pre-orders. During high season delivery might take a little longer than expected.

  • Return & Exchange

    We do hope you love and wear everything you have ordered from us for long years however if something is not quite right for you then you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item in its own package with tags attached in 14 days from delivery. Swimwear must have the hygiene strip. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. You may return your purchases from any Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the code “Depot2021” free of charge. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns.
