When can I shop online?

Our online shop is operating 24/7, you may shop at any time you like.

Do you ship worldwide?

Sadly, not yet. However, we are working on it and are aiming to reach our to every corner of the world as soon as possible.

Which courier service are you using?

Domestically we are working with Yurtiçi Kargo.

How will my purchase be shipped and when will it arrive?

All domestic purchases will be shipped without extra charge. Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after being purchased and will be delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo. This policy is not applicable with pre-orders. Your delivery may take more than 5 business days during times when order density is high.

Which size shall I order?

Please check the product page for the size chart to pick the correct size for yourself.

How shall I wash my garments?

Please follow the care and maintenance instructions for each garment that are specified on their tags. You may also check our Product Care & Maintenance page for more information.

Where do you manufacture your garments?

The Stay Line products are manufactured domestically in Türkiye. Toraichi labeled products are manufactured and imported from Japan.

Can I change or return any of my purchases?

You can return your items in 30 days after purchase from any Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the code “Depot2021” providing that the item is not used, washed, dry cleaned and undamaged. All items shall be returned within their bags and their tags intact. Beachwear and delicates shall be returned with their hygiene strips intact and unremoved.
Online purchases cannot be changed.

Can I return store/corner bought products online?

We cannot accept online returns for store/corner bought products. You will have to return/change your store/corner bought products from stores or corners. However you may return your online bought products to The Stay Boulevard Nişantaşı corner instead of returning them online if you prefer.

Are my products sent together or separately?

All the products on your purchase will be sent together in order to minimize pollution.

Can I combine two purchases?

We cannot combine two different purchases if ordered separately. Please make sure you purchase your items in one order, if you wish to receive them at the same time.

Can I modify an order once I've placed it?

Sadly, we cannot promise this. However if you feel the need of such action, please contact us t ask@thestayline.com as quickly as possible, so we may try and help you with your requests. If you like, you can cancel your order before it is shipped from your Account page.
