When can I place an order from the website?

Our site is open 24/7 for 365 days. You may place an order at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, not yet. However, we are improving our shipping network as you read this. Soon we will be able to reach out to our community wherever they are on the planet.

What couriers do you ship with?

Our domestic orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?

Domestically we will deliver your parcel within 4-5 business days. At times when an approximate delivery date is not given, we will deliver your garment in 30 days at most. This policy does not include pre-orders. During high season delivery might take a little longer than expected but our garments are worth the wait. 

What size should I order?

Our items have their size charts on their product pages, so please refer to those when choosing your size.

How should I wash my items?

We would recommend checking every item for washing instructions for our garments vary in material. We have detailed guides on how to care for wools and knits, cotton and linen here. Very few of our products are garment dyed and may bleed during the first couple of washes. We recommend washing your items alone for the first few washes and with similar colors after that.

Where are your items produced?

All our apparel is produced in Turkey. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do hope you love and wear everything you have ordered from us for long years however if something is not quite right for you then you may return any unworn, unwashed and undamaged item in its own package, tags attached in 30 days. Swimwear must have the hygiene strip. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. After 30 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns.

Can I return store purchases using your online return services?

All purchases made in store must be returned to one of our stores. Only online orders can be returned using our online return service.

Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?

All items in your order will be shipped in one package to reduce shipping costs and also the impact on our environment.

Can I combine orders?

All orders must be placed together. Due to high volume, we cannot combine multiple orders. Please place all orders together at once.

Can I modify an order once I've placed it?

Due to our volume, we can’t promise that we will be able to modify your order. Please email ask@thestayline.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
