I hereby agree, declare and undertake that I have been informed about all my rights and hereby give my explicit consent(permit/approval)to Depot Konaklama Hizmetleri A.S, to use my personal data which I have shared with, to use my contact information with you within the scope of all kinds of marketing activities, to contact me via SMS, e-mail, telephone channels, and send me commercial electronic messages to me through the specified ways, within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; and in this context, Depot Konaklama Hizmetleri A.S., their partners, business affiliates, successors and/or third parties to be determined by them, as the data Controller, by taking the necessary measures to protect the privacy of my personal data that I have shared with Depot Konaklama Hizmetleri A.S in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and legal principles can record, store and retain my personal data through automatic/non-automatic methods, in written/digital archives in the country and/or abroad without exceeding the legal deadlines and my personal data can be used, updated, changed, rearranged, classified, transferred in the country or abroad.
